J.D. Power Presents President’s Award to Home Instead Senior Care

J.D. Power presented its prestigious President’s Award to Home Instead Senior Care in recognition of its commitment to caring for older adults and exceeding customer expectations. Finbarr O’Neill, President of J.D. Power, presented the award to Home Instead Senior Care President and Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Huber, during a ceremony at the J.D. Power corporate headquarters in Costa Mesa, Calif.  The J.D. Power President’s Award is a discretionary award that recognizes individuals or companies demonstrating dedication, commitment and sustained improvement in serving customers. During the 50-year history of J.D. Power, only 13 companies have previously received the award.

Home Instead Senior Care is a network of more than 1,100 franchises that provide in-home, non-medical care for seniors, with offices in 12 countries. O’Neill noted that Home Instead’s achievement in terms of customer service excellence reflects a culture committed to the highest level of care for seniors.
