Wallis’ Addition to Leadership Team Comes as FastLane Celebrates Year of Growth and Accolades
Franchise FastLane, a turnkey franchise sales organization, has named Connie Wallis vice president of consultant relations. Wallis is responsible for strengthening relationships between Franchise FastLane, consultants and the company’s portfolio of emerging brands. She has more than 20 years of experience in franchise development, lead generation and relationship management.
Wallis most recently served as vice president of business development for Prospect Direct, a franchise lead generation and appointment-setting company. During her tenure with Prospect Direct, Wallis connected qualified candidates with consultants and the brands that best fit their goals. This experience enhanced her perspective into what consultants need to be successful and what brands need to grow.
“After Prospect Direct closed, I knew I wanted to stay in franchising and keep working alongside franchise consultants,” Wallis said. “Consultant relationships have always been the part of the business I enjoyed most, so when the opportunity at Franchise FastLane came along, it felt like the right fit. It lets me focus on helping consultants discover and confidently present great brands.”
She said her approach to this new role centers on being accessible, responsive and consistent. “I want consultants to know that I’m the point person when they want answers, introductions or problems solved quickly. When we make it easier for consultants to do business with Franchise FastLane, everyone wins, including the brands and, ultimately, the candidates.”
Wallis’ appointment comes as Franchise FastLane expands its reach and capabilities. Earlier this year, the FSO acquired Franchise Creator, which helps business owners turn proven concepts into franchise-ready systems. Nebraska-based Franchise FastLane also was recognized on Inc.’s 2026 List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the Midwest.
Tim Koch, president of Franchise FastLane, said Wallis’ leadership will help raise the standard for what consultants can expect from the company. “Connie brings the experience, credibility and industry relationships needed to help Franchise FastLane continue elevating the consultant experience. She has spent years earning the trust of franchise consultants, understanding the challenges they face and identifying ways to better support them,” Koch said.
