Those looking to get into the $50 trillion U.S. housing market now have a new option for launching a real estate investment business.

Utah-based franchisor Property Sellwise has streamlined the process, offering a turnkey system for purchasing and reselling properties. Founded in 2017 as Utah House Buyers by investor Bryan Martineau, Property Sellwise reached $1.6M in revenue in its first full year of business.

In 2023, Martineau added industry veterans Brandy Hoffman and Brenon Bollwinkel to help turn his model into something bigger: a scalable franchise system that not only creates opportunities for investors, but also provides real solutions for homeowners.

“The three of us have always prioritized our mission to bring transparency and integrity into real estate,” says Martineau. “This next chapter allows us to scale our values-driven approach nationwide.”

To realize Martineau’s vision of expanding his “business-in-a-box” model, Property Sellwise is joining the Franchise FastLane portfolio.

Franchise FastLane is a leading franchise acceleration and development company which helps brands accelerate growth responsibly.

With more than two dozen brands in its current portfolio, Franchise FastLane’s diversified service lines include generating qualified franchisee leads, messaging, marketing, branding, and more.

The Property Sellwise franchise was an ideal candidate.

“With strong ethics, clear competitive advantage, and leaders who are passionate about their mission, Property Sellwise is the exact kind of brand we look for,” says Franchise FastLane’s President and COO Tim Koch.

Profitability & Purpose

When Martineau first began investing in real estate in 2017, he noticed that sellers in limited financial situations faced few options or were subjected to predatory practices.

He developed Property Sellwise as a transparent service-first model — an ethical approach, as he calls it — that could help those with distressed properties.

“The driving force for me was that there wasn’t an ethical and trustworthy way to connect with sellers and do it in a way that solved their problems,” Martineau says. “So, we needed to create the process and systems to do it. That’s Property Sellwise.”

The company focuses on buying properties from sellers who may prefer not to work with a realtor. The system is designed to help owners sell quickly and investors buy seamlessly.

“We want to be profitable and make money, but do the right thing for the seller,” adds Hoffman. “We’ve been able to help many people who have tried a million different options and couldn’t find the solution.”

The Property Sellwise Franchise

For franchisees, Property Sellwise’s business-in-a-box model, complete with tools, tech, training and support, is a scalable system.

It requires minimal startup capital, no physical location, and utilizes automation — including CRM and AI tools — to ensure every lead is captured and followed up. Franchisees are provided with territory guidance and step-by-step training.

“We provide the scripts, the training and the SOPs so you can be successful in the business,” says Hoffman.

Franchisees do not need prior experience and the model allows owners to be 100% mobile. “We are able to connect with sellers right over the phone,” says Martineau. “Actually, we’re able to lock up 90% of our deals over the phone.”

Franchise FastLane Handles the Heavy Lifting

Founded in 2017, Franchise FastLane’s goal is to improve people’s lives through franchise ownership. But the leadership team is very intentional about the brands it adds to its portfolio. Before partnering with any franchise, executives evaluate several criteria, such as value proposition, key differentiators from competitors, unit economics and marketplace conditions.

Franchise FastLane then handles the heavy lifting — lead generation, consultant management and franchise sales — which allows franchisors to focus on running their business and being the best partners for their franchisees.

For those who want to keep control of their growth journey, but want the strength of professional guidance, Franchise FastLane’s CarPool accelerator offers that option.

For its innovative approach, Franchise Fastlane made the 2025 Inc. 5000 list for the fourth time. This list represents the fastest-growing private companies in America.

Martineau is eager to get started.

“By partnering with Franchise FastLane, we are now able to share a proven system that not only creates opportunities for investors but also provides real solutions for homeowners,” he says.

“We’re thrilled to help Bryan, Brandy, and Brenon bring this concept to markets across the country,” says Koch. “And we believe franchisees will not only see the opportunity for meaningful recurring revenue and cash flow, but also the chance to build lasting wealth.”
