Seasoned Health Care and Franchise Leader Leverages More than Two Decades of Experience
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a physical therapy franchise with more than 600 locations nationwide, has named Wayne Cavanaugh chief executive officer. Cavanaugh utilizes his 20-plus years of experience across health care, private equity and franchising to guide FYZICAL through its next phase of innovation and growth.

Cavanaugh’s professional background includes serving as CEO of Family Care Center, a multi-site behavioral health provider, which achieved a tenfold increase in organic growth during his tenure. Cavanaugh’s experience also includes founding Ninja Nation, a fitness franchise, and serving as operating partner of Revelstoke Capital Partners, and advisor to U.S. Rental Care.
