Wolf Joined the Facial Bar Franchise in 2024

Hannah Wolf has been promoted to director of franchise development at FACE FOUNDRIÉ, a one-stop facial bar franchise on a mission to make affordable skin care accessible to all. She joined the Minnesota-based brand in 2024 as franchise sales manager and most recently served as franchise development manager. In her new role, Wolf supports franchise sales, site selection and construction and manages third-party vendor relationships.

Wolf’s introduction to FACE FOUNDRIÉ came as a client. She said she was immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and comprehensive range of services, including facials, lashes, brows and skincare. The quality customer experience, combined with her background in both the franchise ownership and corporate sides of wellness brands such as AIR Aerial Fitness and Clean Your Dirty Face, made FACE FOUNDRIÉ a natural fit.

“When I joined FACE FOUNDRIÉ, we had about 50 units open. Today, we’re at 87. In my first role as franchise sales manager, I awarded 100-plus units. Watching that growth from the inside has been incredible,” Wolf said. “I’m excited to continue formalizing our sales process and evolving our site selection and construction support. As we scale, making sure every franchisee has a clear, well-supported path is what turns growth into something sustainable.”

Wolf centers her approach to sustainable growth on discipline and honesty. This involves vetting candidates for fit and being transparent through the sales process. “The franchisors that last are the ones focused on franchisee success over just unit counts,” she said. “I appreciate that franchising makes business ownership more approachable. You get to build something that’s yours without getting lost in the weeds of naming, branding, trademarks, manuals and all the legal infrastructure. I love that in this new role I will be a part of the ongoing process, celebrating lease signing and grand opening milestones with new and existing franchisees.”

Michele Henry, founder and CEO of FACE FOUNDRIÉ, praised Wolf’s franchising expertise. “She thinks like an owner because she’s been one. That perspective is invaluable as we grow, and I’m confident she’ll bring the same commitment to our franchisees that she had to her own business,” Henry said.

Wolf lives in Minnesota with her husband and their two daughters.
