Albrecht Brings Passion for the Wellness and Chiropractic Industry

REP’M Group, a leading franchise development company, announced Spike Albrecht as director of franchise development for HealthSource. Albrecht joins Aaron Sawyer to grow the wellness and chiropractic franchise nationally. Other REP’M Group partners include Ellie Mental Health, Pause Studio, Garage Kings, LIME Painting, and Kidokinetics.

“HealthSource has an incredibly strong leadership team that puts the patient first. Everything they do is aimed at improving the quality of life for their patients and supporting the lives of their franchise owners,” Albrecht said.

With this role, he’s most excited to work with potential business owners and educate them about HealthSource. To Albrecht, REP’M will play a key role in franchising by providing franchisors with the tools needed to streamline their operations and improve their bottom line, helping them stay competitive.

REP’M Group’s leadership team is thrilled to have Albrecht take on this role. “Spike brings a great background in sales and coaching that we feel will give him an advantage in franchise development. Working with candidates will come naturally to him, and we look forward to seeing great success with him representing one of our newest concepts,” said Nick Sheehan, co-founder and managing partner of REP’M Group.

Passion for Wellness

Prior to joining HealthSource, Albrecht played and coached basketball and held various sales roles. He was introduced to franchising through his friend and mentor John Rotche, founder and CEO of Franworth. Albrecht’s favorite aspect of franchising is helping people start their entrepreneurial journey.

The former collegiate athlete has a great appreciation for chiropractors and physical therapists. Having suffered from hip and back pain for most of his college basketball career, Albrecht has spent a lot of time seeking treatment. He added that the benefits of their services are amazing, and he looks forward to representing a brand and industry that he believes in.

Before investing in a franchise, he advises candidates to do their research and find a brand that aligns with their values. Albrecht believes that communication is key for franchisors looking to improve their operations. “Great communication and providing ongoing support for franchisees are key components to being a successful franchisor.”
