REP’M Group, a franchise growth facilitator that employs a wide range of development services, announced Oct. 24 that it has entered a strategic partnership with franchise incubator and accelerator Franworth. Through this partnership, REP’M will focus on selling franchises within Franworth’s portfolio of brands.

“Franworth exemplifies what we are looking for in a partner, and we’re eager for what the future holds,” REP’M Group founder Rob Cambruzzi said in a news release announcing the partnership. “Franworth has continued to grow and expand its diverse portfolio of brands and has established its position among the elite within the franchise community.” Cambruzzi added that his company’s alignment with Franworth will allow REP’M to “provide extremely valuable franchise sales services to develop, grow, and scale innovative and emerging franchise brands.”

The news release quoted Nick Sheehan, co-founder of REP’M Group, as saying, the “strategic partnership should exponentially help the growth of all of the brands we partner with.”

What Franworth Brings

Franworth and REP'M

John Rotche (IFA Entrepreneur of the Year recipient) founded Franworth soon after creating IFA’s mentorship program, Franship. “After spending two years mentoring countless brands, what became most evident was these great founders have built really good businesses but they lacked capital, both financial as well as intellectual. Mentorship from experienced franchise leaders allowed me to grow two brands, both of which became the nation’s largest in their category. By leveraging these lessons learned, my team and I have since assembled the best team possible to help others accomplish their goals.”

In addition, Rotche predicted that the REP’M Group partnering “will allow Franworth to bring scale to our brands, creating more job opportunities and helping our franchisor partners and their franchisees succeed.”

Franworth’s leaders have considerable years of experience in the franchise industry. Its partners include multi-unit franchisee/retired NFL quarterback Drew Brees; David Barr, another IFA Entrepreneur of the Year recipient; Managing Director of Guideboat Capital Mike Sutton (Guideboat invested in Franworth in May 2022);  and Dave Keil, who has served as a franchise CEO four times.
