The 360° Painting Franchisee Can Empathize with Other Entrepreneurs and Offer Guidance from Firsthand Experience
Premium Service Brands (PSB), a leading home services franchisor in North America, has added Gabe Colon as senior vice president of performance. With this role, he will train and develop all new owners – with ongoing guidance and support from the PSB team, of course. His responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, driving accountability of all metrics, and deploying additional resources. He brings over two decades of corporate experience to the position. Brands under the PSB umbrella include House Doctors, ProLift Garage Doors, 360°Painting, RooterMan, Maid Right, Window Gang and Rubbish Works Junk Removal.
Colon was attracted to PSB due to its reputation in the booming home services industry and its people. “From the top down, PSB’s support staff genuinely cares and is dedicated to the success of all franchise owners. Their brands are relevant to every homeowner, which offers all franchisees the one-stop-shop opportunity to capitalize off the same consumer. It’s inspiring to join a team where everybody has a growth mindset and where we also strive to make a difference in the lives of others.” Colon most looks forward to supporting franchise owners on a national scale.
Colon and his wife, Jennifer, are franchisees themselves, serving southern Pennsylvania with their 360° Painting location. After a successful first year, they were awarded the opportunity to buy a second business and grew beyond their imagination. He enjoys the fact that franchising allows everyday people to control their own destinies and receive guidance and support along the way.

CEO Paul Flick released a statement regarding Colon’s new position. “Gabe’s blend of corporate experience, combined with his hands-on knowledge as a 360° Painting franchise owner, makes him an invaluable asset to our team. His insights, born from real-world successes, will undoubtedly provide our franchise owners with the support and guidance they need to thrive.”
From Corporate America to Franchise Owner
As the son of two social workers, helping others is in Colon’s DNA. Selflessness forms the core of everything he does, from parenting to coaching, owning a business and beyond. Helping owners succeed gratifies him and motivated him to make the transition from a corporate role at Stanley Black & Decker to home services. Colon and his wife saw franchising as an opportunity to create an additional revenue stream and have more control over their lives. “It feels like the sky’s the limit, and I am truly excited about the difference we hope to make within home services.”
Investing in a Franchise
For those with the franchising bug, he encourages them to do careful research. They should identify the business opportunities within their markets where similar services are either hard to find or do not meet expectations. He believes that combining your experiences with the strength of a great franchisor can fast-track success.
