The Passionate Franchise Owner will Prioritize Support and Development for 360° Painting
Jim Norconk has been tapped as senior vice president of operations for 360° Painting, a home services franchise with Premium Service Brands (PSB). For over four years, Norconk and his wife, Teri, have owned a 360° Painting franchise in Asheville, N.C. With his new role, he will support franchisees and facilitate the brand’s growth. Other franchises under the PSB umbrella include House Doctors, ProLift Garage Doors, RooterMan, Maid Right, Window Gang, and Rubbish Works Junk Removal.
“I’m super excited to be part of the team, prioritize franchise support, and focus on the growth of 360° Painting. I absolutely love the heart of entrepreneurs and interacting with people who are putting everything on the line and making a go of it,” Norconk said.
Norconk believes the tools and resources that PSB implements are phenomenal and continue to improve. To help PSB stay ahead of the curve, Norconk will prioritize franchise support, integrate technical systems and new software, and help franchisees focus on the basics of business ownership.

PSB CEO Paul Flick looks forward to having Norconk take on this position. “Jim’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for 360° Painting. His deep understanding of our brand, combined with his extensive operational expertise, positions him perfectly to drive our strategic initiatives forward. We are confident in his ability to lead and are excited for the future under his guidance.”
After being invited to join PSB’s franchise advisory board, Norconk advocated for franchisees to have a voice. “Being able to give suggestions and offer feedback is valuable. I’ve also been able to participate in conferences.” He’s able to use his prior experience in this new role.
Becoming a Business Owner
Norconk spent a lot of his career in the substance abuse treatment industry as an emergency assessment screener and eventually a therapist and clinical director. For the last decade, he turned to the operations side of the industry by building and running substance abuse treatment facilities.
Looking for something new after a successful career, Norconk explored franchise opportunities, and eventually found 360° Painting. “When I realized I wasn’t the one painting, I started looking at the numbers and its potential return on investment and got excited.” To Norconk, there are a lot of similarities between his previous career and what he does now. For example, he regularly implements his anxiety reduction training to help make customers feel comfortable with the process.
As someone who has done a lot of franchisee validation calls, Norconk advises candidates to feel passionate about a business in order to be successful.
