Ward Joined the Multi-Brand Home Services Franchisor in 2022
Stellar Service Brands, a Dallas-based multi-brand home services franchise umbrella, has promoted Caleb Ward to senior vice president of finance. Ward joined Stellar in 2022 as vice president of finance and will now lead growth initiatives across the company’s portfolio of home improvement brands, including Restoration 1, bluefrog Plumbing + Drain and Softroc.
“As someone who is always eager to learn and grow, I’m most excited about the opportunity to further develop new skills that will enable me to guide our team in making the best possible business decisions,” Ward said.
Since joining Stellar in 2022, Ward said he has seen the company experience significant positive change. “We have integrated new technologies to enhance our ability to support our franchisees and adopted a strategic vision that prioritizes their needs in every business decision we make. It’s been a privilege to collaborate with so many dedicated small business owners and to help build a strong network of professionals who are all focused on moving forward together.”
In other employment news at Stellar Service Brands, Amanda Evans has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing, Kevin Rychel has been elevated to senior vice president of operations at Restoration 1, and Zach Munroe has been named vice president of franchise development.
CEO Jessica Wescott said Ward and his colleagues have contributed greatly to the organization’s growth. “Their leadership, expertise and commitment to our core values are key to supporting our franchisees and driving success across all brands,” Wescott said.

Ward honed his skills in financial analysis and accounting management through previous work with Supreme Lending, Gold Medal Pools, Reach Restaurant Group and Cardinal Financial Company. A key takeaway from those experiences is that every business requires a different approach to success, he said. “I enjoy helping business owners understand what levers they can pull from a financial standpoint to find their own successes.”
In addition to his professional achievements, Ward recently celebrated a personal one: engagement to fiancée, Elaine, with a wedding planned for May 2026.
