The Franchise Broker Network is Recognized for its Outstanding Company Culture and Employee Satisfaction

The International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) was named a finalist in the 2023 Franchising@WORK Awards by Franchise Business Review, a market research firm that specializes in benchmarking satisfaction within the franchising sector. These prestigious awards commend franchise companies that achieve exceptional employee satisfaction, as determined through an independent survey of corporate franchise staff.

IFPG has consistently earned this recognition for three consecutive years, establishing itself as a leading employer in franchising. “We are thrilled to be honored once again. Employee satisfaction is a top priority at IFPG. Our team is the backbone of everything we do,” said Don Daszkowski, CEO and founder of IFPG. “In a climate where employee retention is a challenge for other companies, I feel very fortunate to have such a loyal team. We are all like family.”

IFPG’s Inclusive Culture

IFPG is known for its inclusive culture and fair and ethical business practices. Since 2012, the franchise broker network’s unique membership-based model has raised the bar in the franchise consulting business. IFPG’s membership base comprises more than 1,400 franchise consultants, franchisors and industry suppliers.

Last year IFPG had a banner year. In addition to celebrating its 10-year milestone anniversary, it announced a strategic partnership with Princeton Equity Group and was recognized as the No. 1 franchise broker network on Entrepreneur’s Top Supplier List for the fourth year in a row. “Our commitment to continual improvement keeps paying off. It’s such an honor to be recognized by the people we serve — our employees and our members,” Daszkowski says.

Franchising@WORK Annual Study

Each year, Franchise Business Review conducts surveys of corporate franchise employees, franchise supplier employees, and franchise owners’ employees across North America to determine their levels of engagement.

The industry-wide Franchising@WORK Employee Engagement Benchmarking Study provides aggregate data to help franchise companies understand how their culture and engagement compare and improve hiring and retention practices. All corporate franchise employees were invited to take part. Participants were asked questions related to job satisfaction, engagement, skills and experience, management, brand leadership, and culture.

Franchise companies that participated in Franchise Business Review’s employee engagement research were eligible for the Franchising@WORK Awards. FBR analyzed data from over 6,000 employees surveyed across nearly 180 franchise organizations, representing 40% corporate staff and 60% unit-level employees, to identify the finalists based on responses from their employees in eight key areas.

“The Franchising@WORK Awards are the only awards that recognize the companies that have fostered a positive, inclusive culture and prioritize employee engagement and well-being within the franchise sector,“ said Michelle Rowan, president & COO of Franchise Business Review. “At a time when recruiting and retaining quality employees is everything, these companies have set themselves apart as top employers in franchising through their commitment to employee satisfaction, asking for feedback, and involving their teams in driving the success of their culture.”

“It all comes down to employee satisfaction. When you have the best team, you can deliver the best service,” said IFPG President Red Boswell. “Our amazing support team is the reason we have attracted the most-respected franchise consultants and the most prominent franchisors in the business,” he said.

Winners will be announced live on June 15, 2023. Register here to attend: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_En1ZOCf_SjKaXoIKE7Zd9g
