GPS Hospitality Promotes Nick Myhre to Regional Vice President

Myhre will Oversee the Operations of 41 Fast-Food Restaurants

GPS Hospitality, a Burger King, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Pizza Hut franchisee, promoted Nick Myhre to regional vice president. In this new position, Myhre will oversee the operations of 41 fast-food restaurants in northwest Georgia and Chattanooga. He joined GPS as a district leader in April 2016 and later led his district to become the top-performer in 2019. He was then named District Leader of the Year for the East in March 2020 and was promoted to director of operations in June 2020.

Following Myhre’s promotion in 2020, GPS added 23 new stores to his region. In his view, his team has adapted well following the Covid-19 pandemic and is now one of the best regions at GPS. “I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to bring the new team on board and integrate the GPS culture and systems,” Myhre said.

Myhre’s Background 

Before joining GPS, Myhre spent seven years with Wendy’s corporate in various management positions. He was also an infantry team leader in the 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment and 1st Marine Division of the U.S. Armed Forces. Myhre understands the benefits and value business ownership offers military veterans.
