The Gents Place Receives Investment From Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones and Blue Star Innovation Partners

The Gents Place, a lifestyle club bringing men’s grooming to the next level, announced it has received a significant investment from Blue Star Innovation Partners, an investment venture for growth-stage companies founded by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, the Jones family, and entrepreneur Rob Wechsler, Chairman of Blue Star Sports.  The Gents Place, which currently has three lifestyle clubs in North Texas, one in Leawood, Kansas, and another in Chicago, has more than 10 franchise locations under development in Dallas, Chicago, Austin, Houston and San Antonio.

“Since forming Blue Star Innovation Partners in 2016, we’ve received over 700 applications from start-up businesses and will hand-select a small number of companies with incredible growth potential to leverage our 30 years of business experience, resources, and contacts in the world of sports,” said Dallas Cowboys owner, president and general manager Jerry Jones. “Ben is a savvy entrepreneur who has aggressive plans to grow The Gents Place nationwide through the franchising model and we believe that given the right guidance and resources, he can achieve that goal.”

To drive the brand’s franchise growth, in 2016, Davis brought on entrepreneur and NFL Hall-of-Famer Emmitt Smith as a co-owner and also received an investment from Elevated Brands, a brand management and development company established by the principals of franchise concept Massage Heights.  The Gents Place plans to open 150 franchised locations over the next five years and is seeking qualified franchisees to join the brand and currently has opportunities nationwide in markets such as Las Vegas, Atlanta, Miami, New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Financing is available through the Small Business Administration for qualified franchisees. To learn more about ownership opportunities with The Gents Place, visit
