He has more than 13 years of experience representing entrepreneurs in franchising throughout North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and beyond. In addition to his work in franchising, Goldman has also assisted non-franchised clients in termination issues, breach of contract, fraud claims, and more across a variety of industries.
