Epcon Communities has joined forces with the American Red Cross in Central Ohio to raise safety awareness and funding for the nation’s top lifesaving organization.
Through the end of May, Epcon will contribute $500 from each condo sold up to $10,000. During a special presentation May 18th, Red Cross volunteers presented safety and preparedness tips to community residents, including home fire safety and emergency weather information specifically targeted to seniors.
“The importance of the Red Cross cannot be overstated, and we have a special relationship with Central Ohio because that’s where Epcon is headquartered,” says Tim Rini, Epcon’s vice-president of franchising. “We also encourage our Franchise Builders around the country to become involved and support similar organizations in their local communities.”
