The membership movement has transformed how people engage with their favorite brands. From fitness to food delivery, consumers love the ease, consistency and sense of belonging that memberships provide. Businesses love them too — they create predictable revenue and loyal customers. According to McKinsey & Company, membership and subscription models increase customer retention by up to 40% and spending by 25%.

Now, Blushington, the beauty franchise known for its welcoming atmosphere and expert artistry, is redefining what beauty memberships can be. With the launch of three new membership tiers, the brand has created an offering that benefits everyone — customers, artists and franchise owners. “We really thought long and hard about re-imagining beauty membership and what that means for consumers and for our artists,” says Nicki Maron, Blushington’s co-founder. “Our goal is to make beauty more consistent, more connected and more rewarding.”

Why Membership Matters

Blushington Membership OPTION 2

Blushington’s membership initiative, launched last month, brings the power of consistency and community to beauty. The program offers members flexible options to book their favorite services — blowouts, makeup applications, and more — at discounted rates while enjoying exclusive perks.

“Membership gives us simplified pricing and flexibility,” Maron explains. “It gives members exclusive savings and deeper connections with artists. They can pre-book, which helps us on the operations side, and for our artists, it builds stronger long-term relationships.”

Blushington’s new membership model also supports franchisees by creating a predictable customer base and a reliable revenue stream. “Memberships mean recurring revenue, higher artist retention and a stronger community for our franchise owners,” Maron says.

But what truly sets Blushington apart isn’t just its pricing or convenience — it’s the atmosphere. The brand is known for being inclusive and community-driven. Clients are greeted by name, artists remember birthdays and customers often linger to chat.

“For us, membership means belonging,” Maron says. “It’s having a community and a place that feels like home.”

Blushington’s 2X Beauty Membership

Blushington’s 2X Memberships are entry-level plans that make beauty easier to maintain and more affordable for anyone who enjoys a little pampering in their routine.

The 2X Blowout Membership costs $106 a month and includes two blowouts — a $12 savings that brings each visit down to $53 instead of $59. Members also get 10% off extra services and a free birthday faux lash application for an added touch of fun.

For makeup lovers, the 2X Makeup Membership is $135 a month for two makeup applications. Each session is discounted to $67 from $75, plus the same member perks and birthday bonus.

“The 2X membership is for women who want to feel fresh and put together every few weeks,” Maron says. “It’s affordable, consistent, and helps make beauty part of their everyday routine. It also really helps our artists with scheduling and visibility.”

Blushington’s 4X Beauty Membership

For $270 a month, the 4X Blowout Membership includes four blowouts, bringing the cost down to just $44 each and saving members nearly $30 a month. The 4X Makeup Membership offers the same structure, plus 10% off additional services and a free birthday faux lash application.

These members also get a fun perk: the Blush BFF. Every month, they can bring a friend for a free blowout or makeup application.

“With our four-times membership, we’re gifting one complimentary new guest per month to our members,” says Maron. “This benefit is about more than a perk — it’s an invitation to make Blushington your home away from home. Our members can surprise and delight friends or colleagues and use Blushington as a beautiful space to connect before meetings, events, or evenings out. We’re redefining what it means to get ready all under one roof — transforming beauty into a shared, joyful experience. At Blushington, we don’t just prepare clients for the boardroom; we create a destination where confidence, connection, and community come together.”

Blushington’s Carte Blush Beauty Membership

For those who want it all, Blushington’s Carte Blush Membership is the ultimate beauty experience. Priced at $1,500 a month, it offers concierge-level care valued at more than $4,500. Members enjoy unlimited blowouts, makeup applications and wig styling, plus a list of monthly extras:

  • One complimentary beauty Rx Peel
  • One private makeup class ($150 value)
  • One lash and brow tint
  • One Kérastase Fusio-Dose treatment
  • 20% off all products and services

“This is our take on concierge beauty,” Maron says. “It’s for clients who want it all — unlimited access to artistry and care. It’s bespoke beauty at its best.”

Franchise News: Houston Gets a Glow-Up with Blushington

Since launching Blushington’s membership model, Maron says the response has been overwhelmingly positive. “Early members love the flexibility and the perks,” she says. “They appreciate that it’s not just about the discount — it’s about access and experience.”

The company’s first franchise location opens in Boca Raton in December, with two more coming to Houston in 2025. Each will offer the same membership structure and welcoming energy.
