Kelley has Two Decades’ Experience Fostering the Senior Care Franchise’s Growth
Home Helpers Home Care, a non-medical, in-home companionship and personal care franchise, has promoted Bobby Kelley to vice president of franchise development. Leaders with the brand announced his promotion along with that of Clay McKee to vice president of franchise development. Kelley joined the senior care concept in 2005 and has held various leadership roles since then.
“I’m most excited about the opportunity to leverage my position to directly impact the brand’s success,” Kelley said. “We’re no longer just growing; we’re scaling, and my goal is to optimize our systems, tools and resources that drive success and ensure that we’re selecting franchisees who are aligned to move our brand forward.”
Throughout his two decades with Home Helpers, Kelley has utilized his expertise in franchise sales, growth and relationship management to help establish the brand as a leader in the home care industry. “Home Helpers isn’t just about business for the sake of business; it’s about real, emotional connections. It’s a mission that matters, and that’s what keeps me motivated every day. Working for a brand that impacts so many lives is everything to me,” he said.

“Home Helpers will continue to be an industry leader by exploring ways to broaden our services and leverage technology to provide elevated in-home care that allows family members to stay connected and informed, no matter where they are,” Kelley said.
Emma Dickison, president and CEO of Home Helpers, said Kelley and McKee have been critical to the senior care franchise’s growth. “Their well-deserved promotions are a reflection of their commitment to our mission and the continued success of our world-class franchise community,” she said.
A Commitment to Franchising
Kelley, a certified franchise executive, said the CFE distinction validates his commitment to the franchise business model and shows a dedication to delivering work in a responsible, transparent manner. “For those working with a CFE, it offers confidence that the process will be handled correctly, with integrity and in the best interest of everyone involved.”
In his spare time, Kelley enjoys playing golf and spending time with his daughters. “I joke that my ‘work-life balance’ is simply loving what I do. When something is meaningful, it naturally becomes part of your life.”
