Doolittle Accelerates the Chiropractic Franchise’s Growth, Strengthens Support
100% Chiropractic, a leading chiropractic care franchise with 125-plus locations nationwide, has appointed Tyler Doolittle as chief growth officer. Doolittle will oversee the chiropractic brand’s franchise expansion initiatives, including site selection, lease negotiations, buildout and operational readiness. He brings more than 15 years of experience in franchise development, client relations and construction management to the position.

Doolittle’s career highlights include holding both a general and federal contracting license and earning the title of 2023 Employee of the Year at The Joint Chiropractic, where he was instrumental in fostering franchisee success. The Texas Tech alumnus and former collegiate athlete also has owned, operated and sold two companies to public entities.
He said his experience as an entrepreneur has equipped him with “a comprehensive understanding of the operational, financial and marketing aspects of a business, enabling me to provide valuable insights and guidance to franchise owners.
