Pennell Leverages Experience as Multi-Unit Franchisee in Role as President and COO with the Wellness Brand
Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, a leading IV drip therapy franchise, has named Jeff Pennell president and chief operating officer. Pennell oversees the brand’s franchising operations utilizing his extensive experience in the health and wellness sector, including multi-unit franchise ownership.

Pennell, a former educator and Massage Envy multi-unit franchisee and area developer, said he is inspired by the achievements of Prime IV founder and CEO Amy Neary. “Amy’s story with Prime IV is unique. She built a brand from one unit to 150-plus that combines innovation, velocity and heartfelt care for franchise owners.”
Neary said Pennell’s experience as a franchise owner serves him well in this role. “That experience isn’t anything that can be taught,” Neary said. “Jeff’s empathetic understanding of the franchisee’s perspective along with his operations experience is invaluable.”
Leadership Philosophy
Pennell’s background as franchise owner, teacher and coach helped shape his leadership philosophy, and he said he continues to use skills gained from these experiences at Prime IV.
“My experience as a franchisee gives me a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed — from securing financing and building a team to navigating day-to-day challenges,” he said. “This insight allows me to anticipate the needs of our franchisees and ensure they receive the support they need.”

Outside of work, Pennell enjoys spending time with his family and being active.
