Every March 14, the mathematical sign Pi (3.14159) takes center stage. The history of Pi Day — which also happens to be Albert Einstein’s birthday — goes back to 1988 when physicist Larry Shaw introduced the occasion with a circular pie-eating parade at the Exploratorium, a San Francisco-based interactive science museum. But Pi Day didn’t become official until the U.S. House of Representatives signed legislation in 2009.

Blaze Pizza
Mathematicians and pizza lovers rejoice! On March 14, Blaze Pizza is celebrating Pi Day for the eleventh time by offering pies for $3.14. The deal is valid in-store at participating locations.
Burger King
On March 14, Burger King wants its rewards members to eat like royalty with a fun deal. Royal Perks members can enjoy a free Hersey’s Sundae Pie with any purchase of $3.14 or more on the app. This deal is valid while supplies last.
Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop
Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop is tripling the fun this Pi Day with a great promotion. For $14, guests receive three 4-inch pies from a selection of 10 flavors, including Key Lime and Granny’s Apple.
