There are two models available. The first and lower cost option is Paul Davis Emergency Services that focuses on the immediate needs of a homeowner, insurance carrier, business owner or management company. We liken this model to a Boutique offering affording lower cost of entry with gross margins approaching 60%. They are referred to as PDES.
The second model is Paul Davis Restoration. These are the people who perform everything the PDES model does but have the added capability to complete any necessary repair work. They are referred to as PDR.
