Fascination with Franchising

Rodgers fell in love with franchising in 2004 when she worked for ServiceMaster Brands in operations and sales roles. Throughout her 19-plus years in franchising, she has held leadership positions with Authority Brands and Stellar Service Brands. She is fascinated with franchising and loves watching emerging brands grow into established businesses.

Franchise Development

Rodgers believes franchisors should focus on the way they lead and treat and lead people in order to grow. Leadership should be strongly considered before candidates invest in a franchise, she added. She follows her personal motto in her work: True leaders don’t create followers; they create more leaders.
