Ebert will Retain His Current Position as President of Two Maids
Home Franchise Concepts, a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, announced Paul Ebert as president of Aussie Pet Mobile. In addition to serving as president for the mobile pet grooming brand, he will retain his current position as president of the Two Maids residential cleaning franchise, which he joined in 2019. He brings a background in finance to these roles. Other brands with Home Franchise Concepts include AdvantaClean, Bath Tune-Up, Budget Blinds, Concrete Craft, Kitchen Tune-Up, Lightspeed Restoration, PremierGarage, and The Tailored Closet.
“I have a unique opportunity to lead two well-established brands that still have a tremendous amount of potential to be recognized. It is easy to look at the service each brand provides and see the differences. Taking a deeper look at the business models there are several similarities that can be leveraged to improve both brands, providing opportunities for growth for franchisees and brand employees alike,” Ebert said.
Ebert was attracted to Aussie Pet Mobile because of the booming pet industry. Since pets are family members, Aussie Pet Mobile strives to care for them in a safe, comfortable environment, he added.

Leon Feuerberg, Ebert’s predecessor at Aussie Pet Mobile, led the organization through the acquisition with Home Franchise Concepts. Though Feuerberg has since retired, Ebert is grateful that he agreed to stay on as a consultant during the transition.
Taking on the Challenge
Ebert knows that he won’t be able to take on the challenge of heading two brands alone. The Two Maids leadership team will assume additional responsibilities. He added that leadership in marketing, financial performance, and IT will be shared between both brands.
Home Franchise Concepts’ leadership team is excited to have Ebert lead both brands. “Paul is a greatly valued member of the Two Maids team, and I have no doubt that his work will continue to drive our brand’s success in his new role with Aussie Pet Mobile. Home Franchise Concepts is proud to strengthen our portfolio of brands through executive leadership decisions and we look forward to witnessing Aussie’s amplified success under Paul’s direction,” said CEO Andrew Skehan.
Ebert believes that Home Franchise Concepts makes its strongest contributions to franchising through collaboration and relationships. To positively impact the future of franchising, the company will continue to share knowledge and resources. “We’re prepared to take risks and learn from our experiences so we can find ways to do better and inspire others to do the same.”
Ebert and Franchising
Ebert owned his own consulting business before starting in franchising. His favorite aspect of franchising is the camaraderie, noting that franchisees seek guidance from each other, and leaders share their experiences while maintaining a healthy level of competition. As someone who started a consulting business from scratch, Ebert knows how lonely entrepreneurship can be, especially in the startup phase. He wants aspiring entrepreneurs to know that they won’t be alone as part of a franchise network.
