Hecht Praised the Coffee Franchise’s Strong Louisiana Roots and Authentic Hospitality
CC’s Coffee House has named Jeremy Hecht director of franchise development. He has extensive franchise development experience, previously leading non-traditional growth initiatives for Taco Bell and supporting the expansion of the WeWork global franchise network.
“CC’s Coffee House stood out to me because of its strong Louisiana roots, loyal guest base and commitment to authentic hospitality. The team has built an incredible foundation over the past 30 years, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to help guide the brand’s continued growth,” Hecht said. “I look forward to connecting with prospective operators and introducing more communities to the CC’s experience. My previous roles have given me the opportunity to support growth initiatives for a variety of brands, reinforcing the importance of thoughtful expansion, strong execution and building lasting relationships. I’m excited to bring that experience to CC’s as we continue growing.”
He said the coffee franchise distinguishes itself from competitors by leaning into its Louisiana roots and community-focused culture. “While many coffee brands compete on convenience alone, CC’s can win by delivering a premium guest experience, authentic hospitality and a brand story that feels genuine and approachable.”
Hecht said franchise development starts with finding the right candidates through consistent lead generation and qualification, a defined and transparent sales process and building relationships on trust and transparency. “Ultimately, franchise development is about helping prospective franchisees make informed decisions while ensuring the brand is awarding franchises to people who will be successful long-term,” he said.
Celton Hayden Jr., CEO and president of CC’s Coffee House, praised Hecht’s franchise development experience and strategic mindset. “He’s passionate about the brand and is committed to identifying the right operators to help us expand into new communities, while staying true to the hospitality and culture that define CC’s. I look forward to what’s to come with him on board,” Hayden said.
Outside of the office, Hecht enjoys distance running, which teaches him the importance of consistency, discipline and resilience, he said.
