With Express Employment Professionals, Rachel French Has Gained an Extended Family

Express Employment Professionals franchisee Rachel French says she did more than just buy a franchise when she invested in her two California staffing agencies in Stockton and Sacramento Northeast, California. She says she became part of an extended family.

Her experience with her team and the entire franchise system has been an environment of support and teamwork. “We strive to be the best, work together, support each other and celebrate each other. We’re a company of people with a servant’s heart, motivated to get a million people to work and positively impact our clients and the associates who we place in jobs,” she says. “We’re here to do good work for our communities and improve the lives of those that work with us,” she says. French’s two business partners, Tina and Tom Williams, have created a culture of success, which includes recognizing employees and encouraging professional growth. “I’m so grateful for our partnership and for our business success,” she says.

French cherishes the relationships that she has made with fellow Express franchise owners. “It’s a special bond that is formed at corporate events, training, or even through email notes to acknowledge each other’s successes that we read about on the company newsletters. I love to see other franchisees’ success and have a resource to contact and share ideas,” she says.

French describes the relationship with Express leadership as very supportive. “I have built strong bonds with the executive team and the amazing support staff at Express. The Express Family is like no other, and they’re always there to encourage, support and motivate,” she says.
