Tint World, a window tinting and automotive accessory franchise, has elevated J.R. Stocks to chief operating officer. A Natural Transition

Stocks said his transition to franchising has been natural, and he believes Tint World can revolutionize the automotive aftermarket industry. “Everything that has changed and the future changes to come in the automotive sector will result in consolidation. Consolidation can be seen in various sectors of the industry. To remain relevant, diversification is going to be required. Tint World is ahead of most on this front,” he said.

He added that the window tinting and automotive accessory franchise will continue to focus on customer service and supporting franchise owners. “We need to give them the support, tools, marketing and competitive advantages they need to maximize their opportunity. Challenging ourselves daily to take it to another level for our franchisees will be key to consistent growth in the years ahead.”

Stocks said he is grateful for all his professional achievements and credited his mentors for helping him along the way, including Gary Yacoubian, president, CEO and managing partner at Specialty Technologies, LLC.

Stocks, an East Carolina University graduate, enjoys spending time with his family and is a former competitive water skier.
