Flowers Will Continue the Home Service Brand’s Growth
Seth Flowers has been named vice president of Rooter-Man, a plumbing and drain cleaning franchise under the Premium Service Brands umbrella of home service companies. In his new role, Flowers will continue the growth of the plumbing and drain cleaning franchise. Flowers is a business developer with more than 20 years of fueling profits and territory expansion. Flowers’ experience includes building and leading teams, using business and strategic planning skills, and collaborating with leaders to exceed business objectives.
“I am looking forward to growing and supporting an iconic franchise brand,” Flowers said. After speaking with Rooter-Man’s founders, Flowers was connected to Premium Service Brands and found it to be an amazing fit.
In Flowers’ view, Premium Service Brands will continue to positively impact the lives of franchise owners and the future of the industry. “I believe Premium Service Brands’ high level support will continue to grow successful franchises,“ Flowers said.

Flowers’ Franchising Journey
In 2020, Flowers founded his own coaching and consulting business, Go Big Coaching and Consulting. Through the business, he was contacted by a recruiter to visit with the founders of Bloomin’ Blinds, a family-owned and operated franchise that offers blinds repair and installation services. Flowers was hired to run a corporate location.
As Bloomin’ Blinds grew, Flowers took on more responsibility and eventually became vice president of the franchise. “After a while, the need for my position to be full-time in the office grew, and my family and I were not ready to move, so we parted ways,” Flowers said.
Flowers’ experience includes managing positions in UniFirst Corporation, a supplier and servicer of managed uniform and workwear programs. He was also the territory sales manager of NuCO2, a beverage gas service provider to the hospitality industry.
