Jones Leverages Experience as Radiance CDO, Board Member and Multi-Unit Sola Salons Franchisee
Radiance Holdings, which represents Sola Salons and Woodhouse Spas, has named Ben Jones CEO. Jones has extensive experience with Radiance Holdings, having served as CDO prior to TSG Consumer Partners’ acquisition of the brand in 2022. He also is a member of the board of directors and has owned multiple Sola Salons locations. Jones will leverage his extensive senior leadership experience in franchising to build strategy and drive execution for each of Radiance’s brands. He is joined on the leadership team by CDO Scott Thompson and COO of Woodhouse Spas Ariel Clay.
“After dedicating more than a decade to nurturing the growth of Sola Salons, Woodhouse Spas and Radiance Holdings, I am deeply honored and feel incredibly fortunate to assume the role of CEO,” Jones said. “I am excited to partner with TSG Consumer Partners, along with Scott and Ariel, to further our commitment to helping our franchisees and employees reach their full potential.”

Support from TSG Consumer Partners
Jones said TSG’s backing ensures a bright future for Radiance. “TSG is investing in our future. For instance, we hired our first chief technology officer in 2023 and recently hired three technology directors under him,” he said. “A new vice president of financial planning and analysis was also brought on board. These are the types of investments in human capital that can be game changers for us.”
Pierre LeComte, managing director of TSG Consumer Partners, expressed confidence that Jones will propel Radiance forward. “Ben’s experience as both a franchisee and franchisor at Radiance makes him uniquely qualified to lead our systems and teams across Sola and Woodhouse,” LeComte said. “His thoughtful and strategic approach is supported by his track record of executing on behalf of our incredible group of franchisees across both brands. We’re excited to continue our partnership with Ben to take Radiance to new heights.”
Jones earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He serves on the board for The Mary Duke Biddle Foundation, which provides grants to those seeking to effect positive change in North Carolina and at Duke University, and has served on Duke’s Board of Visitors and as president of Duke’s Josiah Charles Trent Memorial Foundation.
