The Payroll Services Company Veteran Played Key Role in Franchising
Payroll Vault, a full-service payroll franchise, has promoted Tricia Petteys from COO to CEO. Petteys, a 16-year veteran of the brand, succeeds founder and longtime CEO Sean Manning, who now serves as executive chairman of the board of directors. Manning founded Payroll Vault in 2008, and Petteys helped him franchise the concept by establishing Payroll Vault Franchising LLC in 2012.
“I’m excited to continue our growth trajectory with the help of everyone in the Payroll Vault system,” Petteys said. “When we’re all rowing in the same direction, there’s no stopping us. Sean has been a wonderful visionary, mentor and friend, and I have big shoes to fill. I hope he will be proud of the continued success of the brand well into the future.”
Part of that success will stem from Payroll Vault’s successful conversion to the isolved Network payroll software platform, she said. “It was a challenging project, but we persevered and emerged even stronger. Petteys and her husband, who split their time between Bowling Green, Ohio, and Denver, have two grown children and a golden retriever.
