Giving back is part of the culture at Morrow Hill, a leading real estate supplier to franchising. “As a company, we have always been committed to supporting our community,” says Jonathan Hill, co-founder. For Hill, elevating others goes beyond business — it’s a personal mission. “Mentorship resonates deeply with me. Mentors who took time to help guide me along the way made lasting impressions that I continue to live by. Programs that offer mentorship are crucial to entrepreneurship.”

Hill is proud of his company’s many contributions to franchising as well as its local Dallas community. He is especially excited about Morrow Hill’s recent involvement with the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Franchise Ascension Initiative, an accelerator program created to empower underrepresented entrepreneurs.

Hill first learned about the program at the IFA’s Annual Convention this past February. “I was so inspired. I knew it was something we wanted to support,” he says. In addition to giving a significant financial contribution, Morrow Hill provides mentorship and discounts to the program’s graduates.

At the local level, Morrow Hill offers mentorship and support to a Dallas franchise accelerator program launched by Mayor Eric Johnson. Hill has connected the leadership teams from both IFA’s Ascension Initiative and the Dallas program so they can collaborate and learn from each other. “When you see the dedication and dreams of aspiring entrepreneurs and understand their stories, you want to help.”

Commitment to Education

The company is also committed to education. This past April, Morrow Hill announced a scholarship program to support students at the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Hill not only provides financial support, but also teaches and mentors there. “Success to us means seeing those we’ve helped go on to achieve their dreams and, in turn, inspire others. It’s a cycle of goodwill.”
