Burdine Joins Garage Makeover Brand as its First-Ever Franchise Systems and Onboarding Manager
Emily Burdine has joined GarageExperts as the first-ever franchise systems and onboarding manager for the brand, which provides garage flooring, custom cabinets and organizational solutions. Burdine leads onboarding and training programs for new franchisees, supports existing franchisees by tailoring systems to meet their operational needs, and equips franchise business coaches with tools and training to better support their territories.
Burdine previously served as onboarding manager with serviceminder, a customer relationship and business management platform for home services franchises, and as director of operations for Dog Training Elite.
In her role with serviceminder, she had the opportunity to work with the GarageExperts brand team during the configuring process. That experience sparked her interest in the garage makeover franchise. “I had the chance to witness firsthand how deeply the team cares about their franchisees, going above and beyond to make their lives easier,” she said. “We developed a strong working relationship, and the transition to joining GarageExperts felt like a natural next step. It’s been a great fit from day one. I’m most excited to bring more of my skill set to the table in support of our franchisees.”
