Duplantis Joined the Franchise Consultancy in 2022

FranNet, a multinational franchise consultancy firm, has promoted Amanda Duplantis from vice president of technology and franchisee relations to president. Duplantis is now responsible for leading day-to-day operations and working closely with the company’s leadership team, franchise owners and board of directors.

“What attracted me to FranNet was its outstanding reputation and longstanding commitment to education in the franchising space,” Duplantis said. “I’ve always been passionate about franchising, and I was excited by the opportunity to bring my experience from working within a single brand to an organization that helps educate communities about franchise ownership and connects strong candidates with the right opportunities. Since I joined in 2022, the network has evolved from having a more localized footprint to casting a much wider net, taking a leadership role in shaping the national conversation around the value and impact of franchising.”

Duplantis aims to build on FranNet’s foundation while fostering intentional growth. “I’m most excited about continuing to raise the bar for how we support franchise owners, modernize how we operate and move the organization forward in a thoughtful, sustainable way. To push franchising forward, FranNet will continue to focus on transparency, education and smarter tools. When experience and modern systems work together, candidates can make better decisions and franchise owners can see stronger outcomes.”

Fostering a workplace culture of clarity and alignment is a top priority for Duplantis. “People perform at their highest level when expectations are clear, standards are consistent and communication is transparent,” she said. “Leadership is about creating structure that builds trust. At FranNet, that means driving strategy with discipline, measuring what matters and ensuring that every initiative ties back to growth, innovation and reputation. When people understand the ‘why’ and feel supported in the ‘how,’ performance follows.”

FranNet CEO Jania Bailey said Duplantis’ promotion reflects her positive impact on the company, which includes optimizing software investments, leading the adoption of new technologies and introducing AI training and tools across the entire network. “Amanda brings a rare combination of operational rigor, strategic thinking and steady leadership,” Bailey said.

In her spare time, Duplantis enjoys giving back to the community and spending time outdoors with her dog and horses.
