Toenies Assumes Expanded Role as Vice President of Franchise Development

BELFOR Franchise Group, a global residential and commercial services franchisor, has promoted Beth Toenies to an expanded role as vice president of franchise development. She now leads the operational strategy of BELFOR Franchise Group’s portfolio of brands, including 1-800-BOARDUP, 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, Blue Kangaroo Packoutz and DUCTZ. While serving in this expanded capacity within BELFOR Franchise Group, Toenies continues to serve as chief operating officer of 1-800-BOARDUP, a disaster recovery brand that specializes in securing properties and providing critical resources to disaster victims.

Toenies said she was attracted to 1-800-BOARDUP because its mission and reputation resonated with her. “I wanted to be a part of something that made the world a little bit better for others. It’s not just about fixing buildings — it’s about helping people get their lives back after a disaster. Since I came on board as national marketing director in 2014, the company has scaled more than ever before. We adopted new technology, developed new processes, expanded what we offer and have gotten even more collaborative, while still holding onto that caring culture that makes our company so special.”

Doug Smith, senior vice president of franchise development at BELFOR Franchise Group, said Toenies is a valued member of the leadership team. “Her expertise in operations, sales and strategic planning will make her an invaluable partner to our development team and franchise prospects as we continue to expand and strengthen our brands,” Smith said.
