Kishore Siva is the founder of Helios Franchise Advisors, an international franchise consultancy where he helps individuals transition to business ownership in the U.S. and abroad. Kishore spent 25 years in senior executive roles at major financial institutions, leading teams in New York, London and other global markets.
In 2020, he became a franchisee of a global consulting practice, leveraging his corporate expertise to build a thriving business focused on consulting and digital transformation. His exposure to franchising inspired him to launch Helios and become an active member of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), along with his business partner — and sister — Saila Siva.
A resident of Westchester County, New York, Kishore values the flexibility of business ownership, which allows him to spend time with his wife, Dina, and two sons, as well as pursue passions like playing guitar in a local band and coaching youth sports.
