Chris Eby serves as vice president of development for Another Broken Egg Café. He joined the brand in 2021 as director of franchise sales, helping lead national franchise development and consistently averaging more than 25 units sold annually. Eby redesigned the brand’s lead generation and pipeline architecture, built a data-driven tracking system that improved forecasting accuracy and visibility into development performance, and personally guided franchise candidates through discovery, validation and closing.
Eby previously spent seven years as senior manager of franchise development for Firehouse Subs, where he secured more than 300 new franchisees representing more than 1,000 unit commitments during one of the most active growth periods in the brand’s history.
