Quinn Utilizes Sales and Marketing Skills to Integrate HubSpot Across the Entire Franchise System

Apex Leadership Co., a fundraising franchise that helps elementary and middle schools raise money, has named Ryan Quinn director of revenue operations. Quinn will use his marketing and sales experience to help franchisees improve customer service and communication with technology solutions such as HubSpot.

CEO Jamie Krasnov said Quinn’s hiring is key to ensuring a successful integration of HubSpot across the entire franchise system. “We are very excited about him joining the team as his passion lies in helping expand Apex’s dominance within the K-12 fundraising space by designing strategic and innovative growth plans,” Krasnov said.

Quinn said he is excited for the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Apex. “My job is highly focused around creating opportunities that allow entrepreneurs to spend less time on operations and more time growing their businesses,” Quinn said. “The more franchisees I can help, the more communities Apex can help overall.”

Making a difference for children across the country is meaningful work, Quinn said. “There’s no better feeling knowing we can help schools raise a lot of money for things that they need throughout the school year to support their teachers and students, all while having fun doing it,” he said.

Improving Sales Operations

Quinn’s professional background includes working as a HubSpot solutions architect at WORQFLOW prior to Aptitude 8’s acquisition of the brand, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, and a solutions consultant with Aptitude 8. He also is a member of RevGenius, a community of sales, marketing, customer success and revenue operations professionals.

Quinn said the best way for franchisors to improve their sales operations is to focus on data. “Make sure you have a customer relationship management platform that works well and a process in place to maintain good data,” he said. “Once that is in place, you can then build out automation to streamline monotonous tasks and work on processes that reduce friction for your sales team. The goal is for your business to become a flywheel.”

In his free time, the Houston native enjoys camping, hiking, hanging out with friends and playing with his dog, Axel.
