Antolak’s Tenure with the Commercial and Residential Carpet Cleaning Franchise Spans 17 Years
Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, an eco-friendly, water-conscious carpet cleaning franchise, has promoted Kris Antolak from vice president to president. He oversees Oxi Fresh’s day-to-day operations and leads the brand’s growth throughout North America. Oxi Fresh founder and former president Jonathan Barnett now focuses on the development of the brand’s software platform, BE FAST Software, which is now a separate business.

Antolak said being a strong leader requires supporting others. “Leadership means doing whatever it takes to help everyone you’re working with be successful,” he said. “That could mean getting deep into a project and getting your hands dirty. It could also mean trusting the people around you to execute a project without you micromanaging it, and being the first in and last to leave. At the end of the day, it’s all about truly caring about everyone’s success and not just focusing on your own.”
