Schillinger Leads the Wellness and Chiropractic Franchise With Transparency and Openness
100% Chiropractic, a leading chiropractic and wellness care franchise, has named Steve Schillinger CEO. Schillinger has almost three decades of leadership experience at brands including Salon Lofts Group, Circuit City Stores and 24 Hour Fitness. 100% Chiropractic founders Drs. Jason and Vanessa Helfrich will continue their roles as board members and brand ambassadors.

While 100% Chiropractic is his first foray into franchising, Schillinger has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and professionals in the fitness, beauty, health and wellness industries. “These individuals are incredibly passionate and use their skills and talents to help others.”
He also has experience with chiropractic care as a patient. “The chiropractic science and philosophy are irrefutable; nutrition, exercise, mental and emotional balance and proper posture and spinal care are all interconnected.”
Jason Helfrich said Schillinger’s track record of success will be invaluable to the chiropractic franchise’s growth. “I’m excited to partner with him as we continue to focus on supporting the success of our franchisees and strengthen our position in the industry,” Helfrich said.
Leadership Philosophy
Schillinger said he leads with open communication and passion. “My role is to develop and collaborate with the team toward a common goal. As the leader of any team, it is your additional responsibility to help position the team and resources to maximize results. The key is setting aside ego and making decisions based on data – the best idea in the room should always win.”
Outside of the office, the father of three boys enjoys skiing when he can. “We’re excited that our kindergartner started skiing down the beginner trails with us for the first time this past winter,” he said.
