Popular Boxing-Inspired Workout Studio Appoints Fitness, Operations and Management Expert to Director of Operations
Jabz, a full-body circuit style workout that utilizes boxing-inspired exercises, announced the appointment of Natalie Straub to Director of Operations.
“With my background in boutique fitness, I can tell when a workout is just for show,” said Straub, who previously worked for Solidcore, the national Pilates fitness studio, as Senior Manager of Product Development.
“At Jabz, I noticed something different. The workout offers great variety and sequencing alongside efficient strength conditioning. Jabz also fosters a strong community and culture of empowerment, which I find extremely appealing.”
Straub joins the Jabz team with a strong foundation in operations and talent development for emerging and longstanding fitness brands. With her background in management and passion for fitness, Straub has extensive operations experience; she has opened more than 60 new studios and trained more than 200 managers and trainers for a variety of fitness brands.
“Natalie is uniquely positioned to continue to build on our growth,” said Danielle Scott, President of Jabz. “There is no one who would be a better fit for the role of Director of Operations. We have complete faith in her ability and look forward to the impact her positive attitude will have on the team.”
Based in Scottsdale, Jabz is the leading boxing-inspired fitness concept due to its high intensity, results-driven workouts and a strong sense of community.
Jabz began franchising in 2013 and grew to 20 Arizona locations before deciding to expand nationally in 2019. Jabz plans to increase its nationwide footprint by entering key markets such as Denver, Dallas-Fort Worth and Las Vegas, where it will provide an empowering community and energetic workout experience.
