Office Evolution, the largest provider of locally owned and operated flexible workspaces across the nation, is continuing its growth in Florida by awarding the brand’s first Sarasota area development deal. The new Office Evolution location in Sarasota will offer private offices, conference rooms, and shared workspace for small- to medium-sized businesses and employees of larger corporations who are working remotely.
This new location will be owned and operated by Sarasota residents Jill Langevin and Randy Flaman. The husband-and-wife duo are eyeing sites in downtown/central Sarasota and Lakeland, among other areas in the greater Sarasota area. The brand’s first Sarasota location will join two existing locations in the greater Tampa metro area, as well as two locations in Jacksonville, and an additional location in Plantation.
