Richard Snow joined WSFS Bank as Vice President, SBA National Franchise Relationship Manager in 2020 and brought more than 18 years of experience in business management and development, SBA lending, and commercial financing. As the SBA National Franchise Relationship Manager at WSFS Bank, Richard is responsible for creating partnerships and securing SBA financing for approved franchise brands throughout the United States. Richard Snow is also the Chair of the International Franchise Association’s Black Franchise Leadership Council. The mission of the Black Franchise Leadership Council is to promote awareness, understanding, and access to franchise opportunities for black entrepreneurs.
