Bryan Dylewski is the founder of SOLENVIA, powered by The HomeAides (formerly The HomeAides), and a longtime leader in the senior care industry, with more than three decades of experience. He previously built and scaled a durable medical equipment company into one of the largest mobility providers in the country, operating across 42 states.
In 2014, Bryan founded SOLENVIA following his personal experience caring for his father during his battle with ALS and has serviced more than 3,500 families throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. In January 2026, Bryan launched SOLENVIA’s franchise program, which is now looking to grow in markets across the country.
