June 12, 2012 - Flanagan Injects New Energy into Hamilton Seasoned Real Estate Investor buys into PropertyGuys.com Hamilton Franchise

One of the many roads to becoming a PropertyGuys.com franchisee is to be a customer first. Susan Flanagan had sold several property privately so it made sense for her to become part of the family. Ken LeBlanc, president of PropertyGuys.com Inc., is pleased that Flanagan is in place in Hamilton and can tap into her own experience when talking to potential customers.

"Our entire team in the Golden Horseshoe will benefit by having Susan covering Hamilton," said LeBlanc. "Our existing GTA franchisees know increased exposure in Hamilton will contribute to our overall market share in the region as more sellers throughout the region seek cost effective alternatives to a traditional agent."

Flanagan has considerable real estate investing experience that will be put to good use in her new business venture. A native of Burlington, Flanagan has been a registered nurse for many years as well as being a real estate investor for the past 5 years.

"I am thrilled to be part of the PropertyGuys.com team and I have already jumped into building the business here in Hamilton," says Flanagan. "It is so rewarding to tell other sellers how they can save thousands of dollars. It is easy and exciting for me to convince those who are not familiar with how the program works that they can do it since I have done it several times myself."

Flanagan recently completed training with several other new franchise owners at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU), a week long program at the company's head office in Moncton, New Brunswick.
