May 18, 2012 - Siblings Team Up in Mississauga Central and North Mississauga Coverage is Enhanced by Dynamic Duo

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 18, 2012 - Moncton, NB: It's not every day that two siblings decide to join forces in a new business venture. But Ken LeBlanc, president of PropertyGuys.com Inc., is pleased that the brother and sister team of Gloria Sanders and Joseph Virey have decided to add their considerable business experience to the PropertyGuys.com national network of franchise operators in Central and North Mississauga. This team will work together to leverage their business experience and build their new operation.

"Our coverage in the Greater Toronto Area continues to expand to meet the demand for our program in the region," said LeBlanc. "Our existing Mississauga franchisees are excited to have additional troops on the ground in the city. We know it will contribute to gaining more market share in the GTA as more sellers seek cost effective alternatives to a traditional agent." The two territories of Sanders and Virey cover Mississauga from the Brampton city border to north of the 403/401, and everything east of Brittannia.

Sanders and Virey have a depth of corporate experience that will be put to good use in their new business. Gloria has been in corporate sales for most of her career and has also been a property investor. Joseph has spent most of his career in banking. Both have called Mississauga home for most of their lives.

"I am looking forward to working with Gloria on the business," said Virey. "Our skillsets complement each other. I enjoy analysis and she thrives on sales. It's our first business partnership but we were both looking for a new venture at the same time, so it made sense to do it together." Gloria adds, "I have spent a lot of money on real estate agent commissions personally over the years and the PropertyGuys.com program is a logical alternative to the status quo. I am looking forward to telling home sellers here in Mississauga all about it."

LeBlanc is pleased to have more coverage in Mississauga. "Several new franchisees were added this year throughout the GTA and increasing the territories in Mississauga will only help get the word out about our program."

Virey and Sanders recently completed training with several other new franchise owners at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU), a week long program at the company's head office in Moncton, New Brunswick. About Us
