April 26, 2012 - Ken LeBlanc, president of PropertyGuys.com Inc., is pleased to announce that Roy Branco has joined the PropertyGuys.com national network of franchise operators in Mississauga East. This energetic entrepreneur will very quickly create a thundering presence in his new territory.

"Our coverage in the Greater Toronto Area continues to grow with the addition of Roy and other new franchisees to the region," said LeBlanc. "Todd Manton, our existing Mississauga franchisee, is excited to have additional troops on the ground in the city. We know it will enhance our ability to gain market share in the GTA and bring our proven program to home sellers who want a better solution for selling their home - one that keeps more of their equity in their pocket."

Branco's territory will cover eastern Mississauga from Hurontario St. to the Toronto border, and south of the 401, while Manton will cover the southwest quadrant of the city. "I am looking forward to being able to focus my activities on the west side, knowing that Roy and other future franchisees will be giving it their all in the rest of Mississauga," added Manton.

Branco is no stranger to building a business from the ground up. A serial entrepreneur, Branco had been watching the success of the PropertyGuys.com franchise expansion since the brand first caught his attention in 2009. "I was hooked by the PropertyGuys.com innovative approach to everything when I saw the special PropertyGuys.com edition of the Dragon's Den," said Branco. "Recent changes in the real estate industry regulations made me realize that now was the time to jump in and be part of the action."

Branco will bring his extensive experience in property management and real estate development to good use as a franchisee - and the satisfaction he gets out of helping people. "I took a hard look at what I really enjoy doing, and I realized that helping people sell their own homes and save money was the right fit for me."

LeBlanc is pleased to have more coverage in Mississauga. "Several new franchisees were added this year throughout the GTA and increasing the territories in Mississauga will only help get the word out about our program."
