April 3, 2012 - A former professional pilot and local businessman will soon be managing a PropertyGuys.com franchise where savvy home sellers get to build the marketing program they need to sell their home and keep more of their home equity. Ken LeBlanc, president of PropertyGuys.com Inc., announced today that Robin Lacey has purchased the Thunder Bay franchise.

"It's great to have Robin on board," said LeBlanc. "He is experienced in other aspects of the real estate industry in Thunder Bay which will help him get out of the gate quickly and put PropertyGuys.com signs on lawns all around The Bay this spring."

LeBlanc states that Lacey is looking forward to launching the PropertyGuys.com program in the busy selling season. The Internet has changed how people buy and sell their homes, and the PropertyGuys.com program gives sellers the ability to customize their listing details and interact with prospective buyers online.

"I am excited about bringing a sensible alternative to a traditional agent to the home sellers in Thunder Bay. Folks here are careful with their pennies and the PropertyGuys.com program will appeal to their cost-effective nature", added Lacey.

Lacey grew up in London, ON, and lived in several places in Western Canada before making Thunder Bay his home in 1984."Being a pilot, I feel like I've lived everywhere," laughs Lacey. Lacey's wife of 25 years, Jennifer, will also be involved in the business, putting her years of experience in property management, staging and interior design to good use.

Lacey recently completed training with several other new franchise owners at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU), a week long program at the company's head office in Moncton, New Brunswick. Lacey was anxious to get home so Jennifer and their two grown children could join him in starting up the franchise.
