March 21, 2006 - (CARROLLTON, Texas) ― During the recent International Franchise Association (IFA) convention, FASTSIGNS International, Inc. vice presidents Bill McPherson and Raj Croager were designated as Certified Franchise Executives (CFE) by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives.

To attain the certification from the institute -- the academic arm of the IFA’s Educational Foundation -- McPherson and Croager had to complete extensive courses across all disciplines of franchising. Nearly 400 candidates are currently enrolled in the CFE program, which provides candidates with expanded knowledge, industry recognition, peer-level networking and professional standing.

IFA is the world’s largest trade organization representing the franchise sector.
