Ken LeBlanc, president of PropertyGuys.com Inc., announced today that Canada's leading private sale franchise network has a husband and wife team ready to own and operate a franchise in a town once known as "The Flower Town of Canada", that is now a vibrant urban center.

"Shelly Sharma and Clifton Sookdeo are the proud new operators of our Brampton West franchise and together they bring a wealth of business experience to the table. Prior to joining PropertyGuys.com, Shelly Sharma graduated from the University of Delhi before enjoying a successful career in the fashion industry as a designer and quality control specialist. Clifton Sookdeo, originally from the Caribbean, earned a degree in industrial management from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad before launching an IT consultancy over a decade ago. As Sookdeo explained, "Shelly and I haven't been seeing a lot of private sale signs in the communities near where we live. We both feel very strongly that paying $20,000 or more for real estate commissions doesn't make sense. It's the equivalent of buying a car or a couple of years of university tuition. And after talking to both franchisees and consumers, we are convinced that PropertyGuys.com has a highly effective program and web presence that eclipses any other providers, so it just made sense to us to jump in and take over this franchise".

Shelly Sharma and Clifton Sookdeo are currently enrolled in training with other new franchise owners at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU). They plan to launch full time operations in Brampton West in September.
