April 11, 2011 - Moncton, NB. The west coast of Newfoundland has now been secured as the latest territory in Canada's largest private sale network with the announcement of Corner Brook resident Gerry Glode joining the PropertyGuys.com franchise system.

With 106 Canadian franchise units, PropertyGuys.com sees Newfoundland expansion as a harbinger of things to come across the country for the 13 year old company. "We have a solid foundation in St. John's with some very successful franchise owners. So now is the time to build on that success and add some key players in strategic locations like Corner Brook", states company President Ken LeBlanc.

Originally from Pasadena, Newfoundland, the new franchisee has had an interesting background in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning, property management, heli-portable drilling and has visited 23 different countries around the world. "Gerry has proven he is not afraid to go far and wide in search of something and in this case his varied experiences will be a definite asset for homeowners in Corner Brook who seek a deeper understanding of how real estate transactions really work so they can use the award-winning PropertyGuys.com system to sell privately and successfully", added LeBlanc.

Gerry Glode has recently completed training with other new franchise owners at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU). He intends to launch full time operations in Corner Brook, the third week of April 2011.

PropertyGuys.com is also targeting the Greater Toronto Area, Calgary, and parts of both Manitoba and Saskatchewan for new franchise locations.
