September 15, 2010 - Moncton, NB - A real estate hurricane is about to start blowing through Chilliwack, British Columbia and that could spell good news for consumers anxious to avoid the high cost of commissions. Ken LeBlanc, president of PropertyGuys.com Inc., announced today that the company will soon be opening a franchise location in the Fraser Valley city.

"Cole Moon is the proud owner of our Chilliwack franchise and in true CCR fashion he can't wait to provide an alternative for the rage and ruin expressed by homeowners annoyed with the traditional real estate model." said LeBlanc. Cole Moon is attending training with other new franchise owners this week at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU). The graduating class will be opening their respective franchise locations the first week of October, 2010
